Two private people can do that anywhere, not only at a gun show
Then why call it a gun show loop hole?

On the other hand, when Obama tried to slip in "another tax increase" in sequestration talks. Obama knowing full well republicans would say no to a second increase in taxes. Then Obama said he had nothing to do with sequestration and ran around the country trying to blame republicans for sequestration.

Many of the currect elected officials have outed their real plans for confiscation. It would be appropriate to include in any such bill a provision for the protection of the rights of the individual so that the average American rights to gun ownership be recognized and protected. But the supporters of gun control really want gun confiscation as we now actually see in some areas of the country. Obama's group is really about confiscation.
