It never bothers me when innocent people are removed from harm's way. That said, what you claim happened here is a myth.
There is not a single record of a single air-flight carrying Saudi nationals departing the US until after US airspace reopened just before noon on September 13. Between September 14 and September 24 there were 9 chartered flights and one Saudi government flights taking (mostly) Saudi nationals home. Every single one of the passengers on the private charters was screened by the FBI before being allowed to board, and the government flight carried their Defense Minister and an official delegation, all of whom had diplomatic immunity anyway.
My advice would be to spend more time figuring out if what "bothers" you is actually true before investing the emotional energy in being bothered.

One of the truisms of conspiracy theories is that where there is smoke, there are usually smoke blowers. Again, the media tends to drop non-stories unless it is a slow news day. You might have noticed, there were very few slow news days last week.
