Sounds to me like the man was correct.

What nonsense...people running the Boston Marathon weren't carrying weapons. The families and friends lining the streets likely were unarmed. What/who do you shoot when a bomb goes off? The two terrorists didn't kill the person whose car they hijacked, nor did the younger one attempt to harm citizens when he went into hiding. Guns are as useless in such a situation as a post like this is in an intelligent discussion. Would being armed give one the ability to see through the fabric of a backpack and identify a bomb? Didn't think so.

In a situation like this where you don't know what the intentions of the terrorist might be or just how desperate they are, I would certainly feel more comfortable knowing I had my gun handy. Although, I am not sure how useful and AR15 would be inside a home. I think I will stick to my Glock.

The guy was captured because an unarmed but extremely courageous man looked under his tarp.

Of course, if that happened in my neighborhood it wouldn't be a worry.
That should be a side aaaahhhhhm. A wicked awwwesum one. Bostonians are great, they don't look or act like typical liberals - no offense to anyone, just sayin'.
