Do they think there is an active Muslim Terror Cell in Boston? Are they just embarrassed a skinny 19 year old made them run around like fools for five days?

Then they came for me,

Gee, almost brings a tear to my eye.

Actually, committing a major crime will relinquish a naturalized U.S. citizenship anyway, and that doesn't even account for something as great as terrorism.

But, this guy will get the death penalty.........which will begin the next celebration in Boston. You mess with Boston, and we'll hunt you down like a dog, and you will pay!

Not one poster is defending the terrorist, not one.

What they are defending is that our government follow their own laws.
That is what is being debated.

In a military court. Which is totally different from a civilian court. And that's not the reason given as to why they were not charged. That's the reason given in some kind of Youtube conspiracy video you are using as solid evidence.

The fact is, it does not apply here whatsoever, since it was a military court rather than civilian.

In a civilian court, it doesn't matter if he says I PLANTED THE BOMB and was not mirandized. They can still use the footage obtained prior to his statements. That is the law, plain and simple.

Now - if they had not found the footage yet, and he said "if you look at the footage, I planted the bomb at 2PM at this location" and that statement is what caused them to FIND the footage, then it would become iffy.

It was an international court where the survivors and estates were suing the U.S. military and its grunts.

Has nothing to do with this situation and US Civilian Criminal court... totally different rights and laws. I suggest you start another thread on the topic if you wish to discuss.

Hey, just wanted to get it out there in a thread that was focusing on the legal precepts of Miranda.
