Let me see if I get this straight.
Far right wingers wanted people to stay in gitmo, and now they love terrorists because some mistakingly believe he needs his miranda warnings read to him, or because they know he's in a hospital and not able to be mirandized?
The thread should be converted into a discussion about how many people dont have a dam clue about when miranda warnings need read to them.

Do you know what I think is interesting? The fact that the police in the Dohner case shot first and asked questions later, but in this case they actually arrested someone who was more of a terroristic threat.
I sure would like to see them prove that in a court of law, without duress and without torture.
