Did you prefer slavery?
Would you prefer gathering your own food?
You would prefer to be on your own if your home caught fire?
You think slingshots are more effective then guns?
YOu'd rather be having this conversation by exchanging postal mail?
You prefer unprotected, unregulated, unsafe food sources.

Turn off Fox news and go outside.

I think public colleges and universities tend to lean liberal for many of the reasons stated. That being said, their are many private colleges that are staunchly conservative.

Hitler and Stalin made a ton of progress and stopping that progress seems to be widely accepted as a good thing.

Making minor grammer/spelling errors on a forum is not an indication that someone is uneducated, which was your implication. I always find people who choose to point out others' writing flaws annoying and it is counterproductive to the exchange of ideas. They also usually do it when they feel the discussion isn't going the way they want it to.

That is possibly the stupidest post of the day. If you think what Stalin and Hitler did was progress, you need to have your head examined. Change does not always equal progress. BTW, Hitler was not a big fan of universities.

Having obtained higher education, absolutely. They like to push it subtly, but they most certainly push it.

Yeah. Apologies. They don't offer typing class at most Universities. Try a secretarial school.

I guess it all depends on your viewpoint and definition of progress. Once again, progress isn't always positive.
