Well it was not smart but come on. A first job is where you learn most and people make mistakes. It had to be nerve racking for him. It's not like you don't say it on the job (under your breath).
Which being in a TV studio in front of cameras was stupid.
Don't they have some sort of auditions for these types of positions. None of his delivery was smooth. He just didn't seem to have what it takes to be a newscaster.

Just my opinion, but perhaps his delivery wasn't smooth, because he realized what he had done, and was nervous! I know that I would be.
This country is a joke, oh he cursed big woop. In the past people use to be rougher on the outside but gentler and kinder on the inside. Today, self centered sheep try so hard to keep up the outward that the inner is neglected. What you have is a bunch of medicated, delusional, self centered sheep. Who has never dropped a F bomb at work? Gimme a break! Termination is overkill here!
I find it funny the posters on this thread[and on this forum likewise]that fain so much indignation for this guy's "foul mouth"...are usually the posters on this forum with some of the most polluted thoughts that can be attributed to a person with a functioning[allegedly] brain.

No it was not smart but we all can't be as perfect as you. I think they should give him another chance.
