You dont get it. What is stand you ground?

If you follow me, and I feel threatened , Dont I have the right to stand my ground and confront a threat?

The answer is...in a stand your ground state like florida, YES. There doesnt have to be a determination of stalking...only the precieved presumtion of threat.

Treyvon was months away from his 2nd amendment right to legally Conceal carry, but he was with-in his rights under Florida law to stand his ground.
