Do liberals really think they can keep it going for 2 years? Pieces in the liberal press are already down to 1 yesterday, do they really think they can keep this so it matters in two years? I highly doubt it.

With all that's been going on in the country and the world right now did you really expect the gun issue would be at the top of the news cycle? The press is not a gauge of any group's dedication to a cause.

The press and many on the left said they would not let it die. That it would stay on top. I knew this to be BS but I wanted to point out that the facts are its not staying on top just a few weeks after the vote. So how will it stay on top in two years if it can't stay on top in two weeks?

man-child in chief has been MIA since he got his butt whupped!

Probably praying for another mass murder with a gun so he can parade the victims families out in front of the media again.

How will it stay on top? Well, nothing has changed, so I'm sure the next "legally obtained AR-15" toting nutjob will be going on a rampage in a matter of days or weeks... that'll keep the gun debate in the news cycle.

It has nothing at all do with not wanting to see 20 kids murdered again.

Well if my aunt had balls she would be my uncle. Meaning that if Israel bombs Iran Oil will go up, if someone with an AR shoots up a school it will bring it back into focus. Barring that how will it stay on top? It can not. If someone shoots up a school or something like that it can get back on top. But if not and other news takes over it will die quietly.

I can see some bill passing that does not do much and senators who want to say they did some new law can tout it while not doing much new.

Aint that the truth. They salivate over murder so they can past the blood over the internet and press. The left reminds me of Jessie Jackson who dipped his hands in MLKs blood and wiped it all over himself for press photos. No difference.
