I think it's going to be more about defending Hillary than anything else. To me, the hearings are more about disgracing/shaming Hillary to stop her from 2016 should she go for it, or at the very least, have something to use against her during the campaign should she run, than digging for as much truth as they can about the attack itself. All roads seems to be leading to Hillary.
