Probably the most ignorant statement you have ever made. And that takes a lot.

Right from the beginning as the people there reported it real time to Washington.
It never was an assessment, only a false storyline.

Default GOP Cries Wolf (Impeachment!!) Yet Again

Taking things to their logical conclusion this afternoon, Oklahoma Republican Sen. Jim Inhofe suggested on a conservative radio show that President Obama may be be impeached over Benghazi. “Of all the great coverups in history — the Pentagon papers, the Iran-Contra, Watergate and all the rest of them — this … is going to go down as the most serious,” Inhofe said, a tad hyperbolically. “People may be starting to use the I-word,” he added.

There’s no doubt that people will start using the “the I-word” around Benghazi considering they’ve already invoked impeachment so, so, so many other times.

“Impeach Obama! Again!” - Salon.com

What follows is a list of at least 14 times since Obama has taken office that Conservatives have invoked impeachment. More serious than selling arms to Iran to fund contra rebels in Nicaragua? Seriously?

I expect this thread to draw the usual hysteria from the far right, but there must be some sane Republicans here (or is that merely wishful thinking on my part?). When do you start to get embarrassed by how ridiculous the GOP has become and attempt to inject some sanity into the party? Or have all sane Republicans already fled the party? It sure seems like it.

The linked story does not match Hicks testimony. He was never told not to meet with congressional investigators. Hicks made this point multiple times. He was told not to meetalone with Congressman Chaffetz.
The state dept didn't want hicks to meet with anyone unless their lawyer was present.

Why did the send a lawyer to a congressional visit in the first place?

Default Thank GOD For Fox News, Talk Radio and Website Such As This:

If you got your news from MSM, National TV, CNN or MSNBC, you would not know what is really going on in this world. Finally the MSM is taking a serious look at Bengazi without talking points excusing Hillary Clinton. There is very little in the news about the middle east. When issues are discussed, there is no debate with opposing sides, they are all just bobbing heads. Fox News, talk radio and this websites will alway have debates and opposing views, which helps people to decide, -but this is a minority. Most people get all their news from MSM which always cites conservatives, and the teaparty as dumb or evil.
It's the vast majority that the MSM controls and keeps them always as 'No information voters'. This is what the Republican Party has to overcome.

The State Dept didn't want Hicks to meet with anyone unless their lawyer was present. It was demanded that the LAWYER ATTEND every MEETING and was upset when he was denied 1 meeting because of his lack of the proper clearance.

Why did they send a lawyer to a congressional visit in the first place?

MSM constantly squashes stories that would befoul the current administration... they are in his corner. No question about it. A journalist is supposed to be objective... but very few actually are.

Oh, OK. There never was a CIA assessment. I see..... and how does that make you feel? Did your mother treat you unfair when you were an infant? .. How did that make you feel? Did your little brother pick on you? .. And how did that make you feel? ... Hmmmm ......

Fox News is actually part of the mainstream media and they pick and choose their stories, too. They also shilled for Romney during the primaries just like the jokers on the other TV stations shilled for Obama during the Democrat primaries.
