When funds are stretched, the responsible thing to do is to prioritize. For example, you might want to prioritize a place where other countries had pulled their people out, where attacks had already happened, or where they were asking for additional support. If you have all of those and don't prioritize that place, it's irresponsible at best.

And you don't think there was prioritization? Really? You're going to stick with that line?

Obama on Benghazi: 'There's No There There' | The Weekly Standard

This guy has lost the ability to differentiate between right and wrong.. Lie's and truth. Did he just really say that? After everything that has been presented? Either his people don't respect him or he's lying through his teeth and his teeth look pretty shiney..

Okay, so they prioritized and this is what they came up with? Irresponsible or completely inept - you pick.

The state department believed that they could afford $16 million for Kindle's. All the same the reason that the request for even more money in the budget never went anywhere was because the Senate refused to pass one.

No kidding, and you can not connect the dots.

There have been 9 investigations and they have come up with nothing damning. The Issa hearings refused to hear testimony from Amb. Pickering. Why? His report disputes everything the GOP witchhunters contend.
