No?

Didn't think so.

If you think food stamps equate to blacks, and obviously you do, you need to fix that from within.

And what on God's Green Earth does Newt have to do with it.
I'll dumb it down for you...the op's title is "The Food Stamp President..."
Who coined that phrase??...I'll dumb it down some more for you. Newt Gingrich.

What was the purpose of that phrase?..to rile up igorant people who equate food stamps with minorities.

Next time don't flaunt your ignorance.

This was a Fed bonus but I don't know if they are still doing it.

Imagine..a bonus for getting more people on the dole than you had before.
SNAP Performance Bonuses began in 2002. It's more about error and fraud detection rates than anything else. The bonuses persist today.

SNAP usage has historically been tied to unemployment. It's likely that this will be revised going forward to reflect the masses of elderly living off of Social Security who are and will become eligible.

Come on now. We don't need facts. Get with the program. This is how we play the " Blame the Obama" game, each and every day.

Obama will go down in history known as the food stamp president. Now that is something to be proud of.

Enrollment in the food stamp program — officially the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program has soared by 70 percent in the years since President Obama first took office. Despite government claims, the job market is still lagging. The poverty rate is on the rise, The Journal says. And federal laws passed under former President Clinton and further under Mr. Obama are actually driving the enrollment rate higher. Yet the left defend Obama regardless.

Obama, the food stamp president, a fitting epitaph for an utter disaster of an administration.

I guess having 20% of all American households collecting Food Stamps is just not enough for Obama. We have more people on food Stamps then the entire population of Spain, still not enough for Obama.

Did you even read the article???
Why should force anyone who is eligible to do anything? If they don't want to sign up, why force them or corece them into doing so? If they aren't signing up, it means they don't need the assistance. Why are we making someone dependant upon something they do not need? The more they sign up, the more its going to cost the rest of us in taxes.

For those liberals who want such programs, I say again: YOU pay for it. Voluntarily agree to have your taxes raised to pay for these programs and leave me out of it.
