Well now state and local governments are doing it as well...cutting part time to 29 hours and pushing them on to Obamacare.

I don't think that was the idea back in 2009.

Yes, just like they had no plans of moving their part timers to the exchanges either. Are you really this nieve to think they wont cut hours to save even more?

So you're all fine and dandy with policies creating even more poverty and mandating people work even less hours. I have to ask, if people are then going to work 29 hours, rather than 40, who the hell is going to pay the cost of the insurance if people are earning less?

Dumbing down of america continues and you're just fine with it..

Action- re action when will the left ever get it? This is a good move by the states who are having budget problems, swap it over to the dumb federal gvt and have them pay. If this is not poetic justice what is?

Maybe better to say 39 rather than 40 as some are thrown off.
40 used to be the cutoff between full time and part time (with exceptions).
Now 30 is the new full time for everyone.

You know we said this was going to happen and we were told from these very individuals that we were dumb and it would never happen. Now everythings ok.

Their response, the sky is falling. Its like a little child, who continues to move the goal post on the definition of progress backwards because they are too afraid to admit their ideas are dumb.

If Washington does this then watch as 49 other states jump on the bandwagon.

Thats the idea, create one big national healthcare, and wait, it will exclude illegals.. Because Obama said so.. Oh wait, they will still get healthcare on the taxpayers dime..

Where does one sign up to be an illegal?

I am going to send Gov Kasich a Email with this article and idea he is always interested in cutting the budget. That would give the state more money for our rainy day fund.
