Did I call Texas a poorer state? And yes, a lot of water comes from "arizonia" because Cali is a huge state that consumes a lot of water, but that doesn't change the fact that the state still has a GDP of $1.8 trillion that is apart of the US economy.

Do you even know the difference between an openingly bid contract (where anyone can submit a bid and the lowest bidder wins the contract) and a no bid contract where no one but one company is allowed to bid and so there is no competition?
