BTW, you know, don't you, that before the 2nd amendment was added to the Constitution, the Const still gave the Fed govt no authority whatsoever to restrict or ban personal weapons, and so it was forbidden to do it?
The addition of the 2nd, did nothing to change that. It merely "engraved it in stone", as it were. It also extended that ban to state and local governments as well.

Psss...only 4% of the country has a problem with the 2nd amendment (i.e. gun control), and is unreasonable, you need to go check your math.
