Young adults entering the workforce are the product of the full indoctrination of NCLB where from Kindergarten on they've been told they are special snowflakes, they are winners just for showing up, nothing is their fault and everything will be handed to them because of their specialness.

You are spot on...when I was in school and acted up,I got my special little snowflake ass busted at school and then I got it when I got home..parents and teachers work together to let you know that the only way you were going to be a winner at anything if you were poor or middle class was if you worked your butt off to get it.
