The ones who are rich and give are the ones giving to the poor... guess what. if everyone was poor no one could give to the poor..There is no sin in being rich.. A rich man gave his burial tomb to Jesus. Jesus did not hate the rich. Show me where Jesus said he hated the rich. After all God owns it all.. and work hard and one will NOT BE POOR.

Where did Jesus say, "it's okay to ignore this if the people without food, clothing, etc are lazy or don't meet your personal standards of working ethic"? You know, there is no reference in the bible to Jesus working a j-o-b a day in his life.
I think he made it clear what he expects people with wealth to do with their money. And what will happen to them if they don't.

No, Jesus was not a hard core liberal of what is the meaning today.. Jesus came with a message to receive the Holy Spirit and live following him. His word in the Bible says he came for the remission of sin.. to denounce sin and walk in righteousness. Jesus came to set the sinner free from the satanic forces here.. Jesus overcame sin and many who follow his word are in the Kingdom of God..it is not of works that any man should boast. But the saving grace of Jesus who died for all and his blood shed is the final sacifice to defeat sin for Jesus overcame all sin. The Holy Spirit will come into ones life when they ask Jesus Christ to be their Lord and Savior..
