Some people are just hopeless until some of the things implemented by the current administration happens to them.
And some people are so blinded by their hate and full of vitriole that they are incapable of engaging in debate. . .

i just want to find out if you REALLY believe this administration is legit?
I am against torture always have been. As a vet and when I was active duty.
This said the Geneva convention was written for the (Uniformed) Soldier.....
Not for spies or sabbateurs. Under the Geneva convention there are no provisions for such. Terrorists fall under spies or sabbateurs. The legality is questionable just as the illegality is.
The wmds? The CIA said they had them. MI-6 said they had them, Israel said they had them. Alls Saddam had to do was cooperate. He choose not to even though he signed a cease fire agreement stating that he would. UN embargo's failed because key players broke the rules. ie France, Germany and Russia. Oil for food scandles which turned out to be oil for money and oil for weapons. Coincidently were they not the 3 most against going into Iraq?
To answer your question no Iraq is not worth 1 drop of american blood. Nor is any other country as far as I am concerned.
To do over none of us would have gone into Iraq.

So why is it that Hugo Chavez has more support then Bu$h? Maybe it’s not what George has done for this country but what he has done to this country. Where as Hugo appears to control things very well in Venezuela, funny Dick Cheney thinks Hugo is in Peru. Now I remember hearing today that Dick Cheney’s poll is about 8 % thinking he’s doing a hell of a job. 8% or 14% one of the two figures anyway.

Thank You!
I agree with your post 100%
I am sorry you had to go to Iraq and thankful you are home to let us know the truths.
I think Joe Wilson told the administration that Iraq did not have wmd's.
I also belive that this president does not have the ratings of Chavez because Chavez at least trys to dup his people into thinking he cares about them.

Chavez is one scary dude!

Chavez's rift with general stirs debate on military divisions in Venezuela

CARACAS, Venezuela: A heated falling out between President Hugo Chavez and his former military chief is stirring debate in Venezuela over whether the rift reveals deeper divisions within the military.

Former Defense Minister Raul Baduel, a longtime friend of Chavez, said Tuesday that he isn't ruling out running for political office. He surprised many a day earlier when he condemned Chavez's proposed constitutional reforms as a virtual "coup," urging voters to reject them in a national referendum planned for next month.

Chavez's rift with general stirs debate on military divisions in Venezuela - International Herald Tribune

"The military is divided" into three camps, said Steve Ellner, a political science professor at Venezuela's University of the East. "There's an anti-Chavez faction, there's an institutionalist faction ... and there's a pro-Chavez faction."

Still, Ellner said the armed forces remain cohesive and a strengthened pro-Chavez faction appears to block any chance of insurrection — in contrast to 2002, when Chavez overcame a short-lived coup with help from Baduel and other loyalists.
Chavez appears to be taking no chances. Condemning Baduel as "one more traitor," Chavez said military leaders met to evaluate the possible impact of the retired general's remarks, which he likened to "gasoline."

Chavez on Monday insisted there is no military faction with "the necessary strength to carry out a successful coup d'etat."

Addressing thousands of supporters who chanted "Baduel, traitor!" at a rally on Tuesday, Chavez bellowed: "Traitors are the devil. ... Let them leave."

Among the 69 proposed amendments are measures to abolish presidential term limits and lengthen terms from six to seven years, and to strip the Central Bank of autonomy.

Chavez insists the reforms would not boost his power but rather help democracy flourish by empowering neighborhood assemblies, creating new types of collective property and easing his planned transition to socialism.

Chavez, who as a paratroop commander led his own failed coup in 1992, said comparing the reforms to a coup is an irresponsible exaggeration.

-AP (ASSociated presstitutes)

In a startling move today, Hugo Chavez and his military led an invasion of South Florida. Chavez, followed by the elite member of his marine amphibious unit of 3 men, went ashore near Dania beach. The four men with help of the Venezuelan air force’s Piper Cub air wing, they raided a Joes Crab Shack. The invasion was repelled when several customers starting beating the invaders with beer mugs and a mop. All were taken into custody except for Chavez who fled the scene in a 51 foot Post sport fishing boat that was ironically owned by Jeb Bush. The plane used in the failed invasion was later found wrecked off the coast of the Bahamas when the pilot got lost and decided to go out for some conch’ chowder and a margarita instead.

Later that day, President Bush bombed the Congo and Syria for having emailed Chavez on more than one occasion. The 82nd and 101st airborne are expected to deploy to Panama to prevent a counter attack by pro-Chavez forces. Bush has not ruled out using tactical nuclear bunker busters because he likes to say, “bunker buster, bunker buster…giggle”

This is what happens when people start taking South Park and Jon Stewart seriously.

Sad. A waste is a terrible thing to mine.
