This is stupid on so many levels. At least, Cubans have acres to food unlike other citizens of other countries.

You can have all the acres of food you want. If you utilize a draconian form of government to "manage" food supply, people will still starve.

2. Have no idea what you are trying to communicate with your "acres to food" comment.

Cuban is in the midst of reforming their disasterous agricultural system....well, they are actually working to reform a lot more than that but ag has been especially dismal.

P.S. A lot of places with food shortages have lots of arable land....they just grow cash crops for export which gets the leadership hard cash for guns, mistresses and palaces. Starving segments of the population that oppose you and are rival tribes etc. is just a side-benefit.
