Can you elaborate on that? I don't really like the tone that you're taking, basically insulting other people.

Black Male Graduation Rates – The Urgency of Now
They got like what, 11 blacks in Arizona, probably half of those adopted by white people.
Nothing to see here, move along...

Or maybe we just need to dumb down the schools a little more to bump up those numbers again! Sky's the limit!

Actually, I believe that you are wrong. Arizona has much more than 11 people. There are close to 300,000 Blacks in Arizona, most of whom live around Phoenix and Tucson. Arizona has one of the highest median family incomes for Blacks in this nation. Alot of middle class Blacks have moved out of California to Arizona. Suggesting that there are only 11 Blacks and half are adopted by White families, well, this shows a large degree of factual ignorance, not to mention an undertone of bigotry.

Answer this for me. Iowa and Nebraska combined have fewer Blacks than Arizona, by at least half. However, Iowa and Nebraska have among the lowest high school graduation rates for Blacks. These two states also have the highest Black/White graduation gaps. 41% of Black students in Iowa graduate from high school vs 90% of White students. 44% of Black students in Nebraska graduate from high school vs 86% of White students. New Mexico has about 35,000 Black residents, and 3,746 Black students. 49% of Black students graduated from high school. Can you explain any of that.

Oh. I did kind of disagree with many things.

Arizona has a large Black middle class, so that would play a part.

Back to the original topic...I have never been to Arizona. Do they not have large areas of big cities with high crime, low socio-economic status, and poor culture like many areas in Michigan? I do think there is a crisis with the culture across America - including in many inner cities.
That has in fact been explored by Michael Johnson and the BBC... interesting stuff that...

Here is a more important question. What does sprinting and the athletic ability of Blacks have to do with graduating high school?

Arizona does not have a concentration of impoverished black people like in eastern cities i.e. no urban ghettos. We have south Phoenix which historically was black, but many of them have dispersed to other areas with the arrival of the illegals and growing incomes There is very little of the black culture found in eastern cities where large numbers of AAs live separately from whites and other races. Blacks are much more integrated in Phoenix than in any city I have ever been in in the US. I think that contributes to the rates being close to white rates. The expectation in more affluent areas is that your kids will graduate. When black kids attend the same schools, that is also the expectation of them, their friends and their parents. It is normal and not considered "acting white" to graduate from high school here.
