Nope.

Because that's not what happened.

Not that there wouldv'e been anything wrong with that, I'd prefer that children evolve past the level of cavemen, but again: Not what happened.

They were familiarized with gay terminology....

"pansexual"??

"genderqueer"??

Sorry...what do these terms have to do with turning down sexual advances?

What does this have to do with the "gay agenda"? Do you even know what the phrase MEANS?

Let's learn a little about it, shall we? I will be quoting from a conservative, religious website, as only fellow paranoiamongers (yeah, you people are WAY past "fearmonger") can capture the essence of this BS conspiracy theory.

From AFA’s perspective, we believe the core goal of the homosexual movement is to abolish the traditional, Judeo-Christian view of human sexuality, marriage and family.
Defining the Gay Agenda

Wow. What a mouthful. So basically, we take "I want to be able to get married, adopt, and have the same benefits all heterosexual couples enjoy" as "I want everyone to stop being against homosexuality, gay marriage, and gay adoption". To think gays care more about what we think of their lifestyle than being treated equally is INSANE. Tell me something, how many of these protesters hang around outside churches and the FCC, and how many hang around outside courthouses or in public places when there is a petition to have GAY MARRIAGE LEGALIZED? I'm sorry, but the idea that any representative group of gay rights supporters are really trying to destroy ANYTHING is entirely unfounded. You can't just point at the most extreme cases to insinuate an entire group of people has some hidden agenda

BTW, to anyone who may have an answer: The "traditional, Judeo-Christian view of human sexuality, marriage and family" has been abolished for decades if not centuries now. Sexuality, marriage, and family have been changed in so many ways, it wouldn't be recognizable to people in biblical times. Why target the gays when it's the heterosexuals who are largely responsible for these transformations?

Stopped reading here because I knew the rest would be hilariously misinformed.

Anyone who thinks "pansexual" is a "gay terminology" has no idea about sexuality.

Are they taught that you must have the ability to turn down heterosexual advances as well as homosexual advances?

I just love how when it's anti-gay rights people telling kids that being gay is wrong, "it's just tellin' it like it is". But when it's gay rights supporters telling kids that it isn't wrong, it's indoctrination.

Oh, and spare me your "Let the parents teach whatever they want, it don't belong in school"s, because the only reason I've heard as to WHY it doesn't belong in schools is... that it doesn't belong in schools (or the oh-so-different "It's the parents' place to teach that")

But of course, like twinArmageddons said, none of this is actually relevant to this story.

It's gay...

If you want a proper description...just call it a freak. Would that make you happier??

Why are we making an agenda for sexually/gender ambiguous sensitivity at the grade school level?
