There's also genetic evidence. One element of which is that it is so improbable that you'd have the same random mutations showing up in a manner consistent with additionally well evidenced evolutionary lineages, again and again for numbers of species, that you'd basically have to assume trickery by some malevolent demiurge if you didn't just go with, "Yeah, evolution is now even more extremely well evidenced."
Again....more assumptions made regarding mutations and new genetic lines. But hey....whatever.
I get the impression you aren't actually referring to anything when you say that.
You realize one way of "dating" a species is to count the number of years it would take for said species to "mutate"....assuming a rate of mutation, right?

Alluding to molecular clocks as a counter-argument doesn't inspire confidence
edit:
Evolution is sufficiently well evidenced that I accept it as true. That's my position. "Science basically deals with probabilities" sounds like what you're teasing at, with a subtext of "only deals with probabilities," therefore, [some arbitrary position]
Psychology is my major and believe me when I say not all Psychology is science... sorry. Psychology, at best, is a soft science and even then most of it is borderline. Psychology does not equal psychoanalysis by the way.
