It's not really either, unless we turn it into a debate on DUI laws or something... but you have to admit, it is rather ironic and "funny" in a pathetic way. Sounds like something Lindsay Lohan would do!

That being said, I hope she loses her license for a VERY long time - if not permanently. Unfortunately that won't keep her from driving, if she is still determined, but at least the penalties will get increasingly severe. Drunk drivers suck.

her concept of celebrating is not working for her. it needs to change or she needs to develop a great love of walking.

How did this make the news? Obviously this wasn't the first time she had been driving drunk since her 2012 arrest

I hope she hauls her drunk a** into a 12 step program before she kills somebody.

No one who frequents P&OC belongs on that subforum.

If we did - we would likely be banned.

They have some rather explicit rules.

I once knew a person who'd finally gotten his 6th. DWI-DUI here in Wisconsin, and that was a felony, which gave that person prison time. He's lucky in that he didn't kill or hurt anyone else, which is what most offenders end up doing.

The persons named in the links isn't the one I'm referring to, there are many others like this one though.
My state has the highest drunk driver rate of any other state. It's probably because we have a bar on every corner.

IMO, if people wish to celebrate, that's okay fine, but they should get a ride to where ever they're going afterwards.
