There isn't a single one of those rebels who wishes the west well. The Republicans pushing for this are going to turn out as wrong as Reagan was when he armed the Taliban.
It's the usual suspect Neocons that are beating the war drum and salivating as they do it. Perpetual war, a Neocon wet dream.
