Okay so the Senate finally passes a budget and now the GOP is blocking the formation of a conference committee. What gives?

Spend more money for a committee that will more than likely follow Obama's rhetoric that he has to spend more money.

The answer is simple. Stop excessive spending. Cut out the deadwood.

You set up a conference committee to combine the House and Senate versions so they can be sent back to each chamber for a vote. This is how bills are passed. Next time if you have no clue what you are talking about just don't reply.

If the bill includes more spending, more taxes and such; consider that bill stillborn in the house.
