Fannie Mae's fortunes have turned and it is now plowing billions in profits (record) back into the Treasury. HARP refis and taking a chance on America with FHA loans, both opposed by the right, turned out to be game changers. We have yet another example of how ignoring the Republican obstructionists and acting by executive fiat has lead to the Obama Recovery.
