Wow, that was shockingly ignorant, even in a place like this where my expectations are already exceptionally low.

There is the discrimination. A man can marry a woman of his choice, but a woman can't. That is discrimination based on gender.

No, that's what you are doing.

Look folks! Another blast from the past - this miscegenation era argument was thought to have been put to bed, but it has been re-imagined for a new century and new purpose!

Quick! Someone tell the lawyers battling against gay marriage in the courts that they have overlooked this amazingly good and valid legal argument this entire time!!

it's factually correct. it was implemented to give loans to "high risk" citizens. this was another way of the government saying, give loans to minorities. if you don't believe me, see what card would be played if anyone tried to repeal it. because of these "high risk" loans, the housing market crashed. it wasn't because of "minorities" but it was certainly because of these "high risk" loans. sorry you hate facts.

I love that argument.
I really love it when they prove my point for me. I can't go marry the woman of my choice, since I am a woman.

Considering I'm not Lilly Ledbetter, I can't answer for her.

you're right, your arguments really are more valid. why just the other day, I saw an elderly homeless man eating cat food because of a proposed cut in social security.
