I think it's a waste of time. I think it's pretty much decided by the elites.

My problem with the GOP is their anti gay rhetoric. It just seams so hypocritical. Is this a common situation?
It sure is in the Red States where there is still a great deal of deep, heart felt hatred and resentment against gays, especially in the rural and small town areas. Who knows how many people living there still haven't knowingly met a gay person before? Many backward, unenlightened people can't help but fear who they don't know.

The men who were responsible for writing the constitution showed that the elite DO NOT decide everything.

...Why don't we follow their example?

Stillwater are you saying this because you experienced it first hand or are you repeating what you are told to believe?

That is true but they thought the media would be watch dogs. That is not the case today, the media is simply an extension.

As long as you have a real career, pay taxes and are not gay, you should either support GOP or be neutral.

Eh, there are small and independents websites that try to fill the role of the watch dogs.

...How do we make them bigger?

...Or better yet, where and when can find a bigger dog?

I mean it was only a few decades ago that a newspaper exposed the Nixon scandal, right?

I've seen one or two people from towns smaller than my own get all mad and red in the face about the possibility of gay marriage being legalized.

Bisexuals can marry both, however...
