I would hope she realized that sexual desire can take over no matter how much you think you can resist so she has a contraceptive along just in case. Hope for the best but plan for the inevitable. If it was my son he would definitely have a condom along. That makes the most sense to me.
Now some poster mentioned "doing the nasty". I do not consider sex to be nasty unless it is rape. I consider rape to be an assault and assaulting people is a nasty.
You really do sound like a parent of a 3-year-old.
Experience is the best teacher...you think because you can control your young child's every movement right now that you will continue to have that power indefinitely.
Jokes on you.

I don't know that it is worse, but society had decided to protect minors from adult predators. The whole reason behind that is long and complicated and I'm not familiar enough to discuss it. But that is what we have in place and accept today. If there is a reason to change that people will have to make a case and society will have to accept it.
In a free society, the burden of making a case, on any matter, ought to be presumed to be on those advocating more restriction, even if the restriction is preexisting and no matter how popular it may be.
Because we define "minors", which we protect until they reach the age of 18. We define "predator" and someone who uses pressure, power, and holds influence over the "minor", those would be ADULTS, since that's how society is currently structured.
Bilge. In such cases it is the teen who holds the greater power; power to destroy the adult's life at the drop of a hat. And how they know it!
Age of conent here is 16 with some restrictions, complealy open at 18. Seems to work. 15/16 is th age when it is normal to become sexualy active. When my daughter is around this age I expect she will probably have here first experiances as with most everone else. At best wih a boyfriend here where I as a parent know what is going on. This is normal.

Explain. At this point the only power the minor holds is to report such a thing. There would be nothing to report if the Adult/predator had not stepped outside the limits of our current law....which are not secret and everyone knows.
I suspect you are working up to a tragic tale of a young boy and girl who differ in age by a few months, perhaps even 2 years, where the younger one used their mighty sexual powers to seduce the innocent older one then claimed rape. THATS your fantasy and I have no idea why. But the teens power is secondary to the ultimate power of not doing something you know is stupid and wrong by todays standards. Obviously if the older person was mentally deficient in some way there might be an argument and obviously exceptions have been made since marriage of people under 18 does happen. And giving parents total rights over their minors sexuality also gives THEM the power to destroy an adults life, regardless of what their teen may say.

The average adult has no "power" over the average unrelated minor whatsoever--even if we agreed, which I don't, that everything ought to be evaluated on the basis of power relations.
