The idea that if a Muslim man sees an ankle exposed or a lock of female hair- that he will achieve an uncontrollable erection and fly into a sex crazed mania is not saying much for Muslim manhood. It is saying that Muslim men are weak and confused animals. The idea that the woman is so powerful that just the show of skin makes men fall to their knees in raging worship leading to rape...is bizarre and defies logic. Islam totally disrespects males...They also disrespect GOD.
Some of these Muslims also have this idea that GOD like their men is weak and vulnerable. They believe that GOD is so weak that even though God has been birthing and has naturally been killing human beings for a million years...that some how God need help to murder infidels as if he does not have the will and power do do this himself?
Islam is a disempowering religion. It removes the power of woman....of men....Islam literally means "submission" - So it seems they have taken this submission thing to far...men submit...woman submit...and they have GOD submit.....WITH ALL THIS SUBMISSION- WHO THE HELL IS IN CHARGE?

Unintended consequences of allowing freedom of religion to include civil rights and liberties violations to happen.

As the survivors of Jerusalem after it was sacked by Christians during one of the Crusades. No religion has control over the barbarities committed in the name of their GOD. Some, like Islam and Christianity, encourage it.
I despise the Muslim punishment of women that are raped. Punishing a woman or girl that has already been ravished by her rapists is completely absurd. If someone has to be punished it should be the perpetrators. Punishing the victim does not make logical or emotional sense.
When I read of these barbarities (this insults barbarians but too bad) I wish we could accept women that wished to be free of these male control freaks as immigrants. Muslim men would be excluded. Most Muslim men seem to be emotional children. I guess they are afraid that if their women have any sexual experience, including rape, with any other men, they will figure out just how poor a lover their little boy is. There is little as foolish as an sexually insecure male.

Many of the problems we associate with Islam are problems with the local culture and religion is used as both a reason and an enforcement tool. Most all religions are patriarchal, Islam being especially so. Now combine that with the highly chauvinistic Arab culture and you end up with things like this occurring.
