Officials say the payments, referred to in a New York Times report as "ghost money", helped prop up warlords and corrupt officials, deepening Afghan popular mistrust of the Kabul government and its foreign backers, and thereby helped drive the insurgency.
I guess by inadvertently fueling the insurgency the CIA is creating job security for itself and its contractors. This is why I sincerely believe we need serious oversight of our nation's $60,000,000,000 a year intelligence budget because it looks like the American people are being robbed blind. Of course the first thing we gotta do is get rid of the Patriot Act which did absolutely nothing to help the dead and wounded at the Boston Marathon but provides great cover for the corruption of the FBI, CIA, NSA and DHS.

Given our nation's money troubles isn't it amazing to find out that FBI informants get their money tax free? Even more shocking is that some of those informants are paid as much as 100,000 dollars.

People have other things to worry about like getting obama out of office. Does anyone know if the CIA got in trouble for their drug trafficking scandal.

No wonder our country is almost $17,000,000,000,000 in debt.
Did the same thing in Iraq. Someone I know asked me if I had ever seen thousands of POUNDS of money before? I hadn't of course, but he had. He was there and he saw it.

In the Modern Warfare video games when your character gets killed money goes flying everywhere, what does that tell you? Most people say it represents a payback kill but the developers of the game have intimated something else at times in private interviews.
