Good old nepotism has worked for the WH for the past 5 years. Even having siblings (or a spouse) working high up at the WH didn't help with this one.
Not mentioned is Jay Carney's wife, Claire Shipman, who is the senior national correspondent for CBS program Good Morning America.

This is the same Justice Department that gave us Fast and Furious, and who know what else they are doing wrong. That's why reporters (the press) keeps digging, and needs the freedom to be protected from the very same people (the government) they are keeping an eye on.
