You're just mad because you didn't think of it first and that you don't have the money to do the same. Sure, it's crass but if company policy allows it...
You are 100% correct. There is nothing wrong with this at all.
The simple solution? If you are handicapped then you wait like everyone else.

Never heard of, just because you can do something, doesn't mean that you should?
For 130 clams an hour I'd hobble around on crutches so little Lord Fauntleroy can be first in line to ride Dumbo.
I hope this turns out to be bogus.
...."Some wealthy Manhattan moms have figured out a way to cut the long lines at Disney World — by hiring disabled people to pose as family members so they and their kids can jump to the front,....."
"....My daughter waited one minute to get on ‘It’s a Small World’ — the other kids had to wait 2 1/2 hours,” crowed one mom, who hired a disabled guide through Dream Tours Florida....."
Okay, if this is true. . it just points out that Disney is missing a revenue source here. Though I'm pretty sure they have it covered but priced to high (i've seen people get right on rides before with no handicap).
If people will pay $$$$$ to skip the lines, Disney should charge $$$ for a personal conceigere. Its totally up to Disney.
As far as Handicap, they should get a fast pass and /or ticket and make them wait the lines timeline (i..e if line is 1hr handicap just sits in a special place for 1hr).

Smart people with the right resources, will always game the systems put in place, that place a label of "I'm Special" across anything. They will figure out a way to be special, too.
Take all those systems away and let everyone be equal as an individual and what they bring to the table, be what they have to offer society. You will get the help you need, if you need it, by your worth to society, instead of it given to you because you are "special"
"Disney World is looking into reports that some wealthy visitors are hiring disabled people to pretend to be family members so that they can skip lines...
"The black-market Disney guides run $130 an hour, or $1,040 for an eight-hour day," the report said."
Now this I found quite interesting. Yes, personally I could care less. Rich people are always going to get more then I have and find ways around the system. This is real life and I believe people should just learn to live with it, instead of getting their panties in a wad and trying to even the playing field.
