Benghazi was a tragedy, no doubt about it but the real tragedy is the likely outcome is its description in history is more likely to be the result of whichever side lies more effectively than it is to accurately reflect the reality of what happened.
Why do you call this a witch hunt......Obama lied and people died! Hmmmmmm......that sounds familiar.

The Benghazi sticky is nowhere to be found, otherwise I would have posted this there.

So why did the emails not include the first two days after the attack?

Libs just cannot believe (and never will), that Obama ordered the military assets to stand down, then orchestrated a cover up. Those first few days of emails will turn up and the truth will be revealed.

This is looking like the missing 18.5 minutes of the Nixon tapes.

How exactly do you come up with the premise that Obama ordered the military assets to stand down? What would he possibly gain by allowing an attack on a US embassy?

Default White House emails- where are the first two days?

The White House released emails relating to the benghazi attack yesterday. The problem is that the first two days of emails are not included!

This looks like the missing 18.5 missing minutes of the Nixon tapes. Now why in the world would they not include those emails? Obviously, there is incriminating information in those exchanges which the White House does not want exposed. In time, that information will be discovered, which makes this clumsy attempt at concealment even more damning in the cover-up.

I guess 100 pages sounds like a lot, but you could probably cut that in half, if not more, because you have the response and the email they are responding two lumped together.

When you say "CIA" it appears that John Brennan, the current CIA Director, had a heavy hand in the exchanges and revisions. If I recall there are only two that mention Petreaus as a sender or recipient. When they sent him the final draft for his approval and his response.

That thread was closed. It was noted that it went "way off topic".
