The poster you're responding to obviously thinks Al Queda is a club that meets once a month, where they all sit down together in a big circle and plan their next attack over punch and cookies, instead of a global network with decentralized regional groups located all over the world. Al Queda could be on the run in one part of the world, only to reemerge in another, but you expect too much if you think you can explain that to many posters here.
