So some here think that it's crazy to think HAARP or other technologies can change the weather but think man is changing the global climate.
You think that the government wouldn't purposely test chemicals on civilians despite multiple cases throughout our history where the Government admits NOW that they have actually done these things.

Like Watergate, there were conspiracy THEORIES of what was going on...the truth came to light ONLY after tough investigations.

That's because some people here are actually familiar with what technologies are involved, and what they can or cannot do. To point out that nuclear reactions can actually change one element into another is not an endorsement of alchemy's efforts to change lead into gold.

She is a veteran of 9 years, her job was to review the chemicals being brought onto the base so she could write up the procedure for handling and tracking employee exposures.

I've always wondered why some jets have chemtrails and some don't. On some days just about every jet does, then last night I noticed a jet flying past the moon had a chemtrail. The one a few minutes earlier didn't.
I'm not big on this particular conspiracy theory although some mass poisonings of birds in areas around weapons storage facilities make you wonder. Arkansas had that a few times. Mini quakes near sensitive areas in Iran and in no fault zones like in Oklahoma also make you speculate if we might be doing something underground.
Check the jets flying over Washington DC to see if they're releasing idiot gas.
Theres even one conspiracy that has a lot of support that says mankind is causing the earth to warm. Who knows.
It does make one wonder.

Well there does appear to be an industry for weather modification. Appears it falls under department of commerce. States seem to have their own permits etc... There appear to be private companies and govt "involved". It also also has threads it appears to the Big T which has become the focus of everything it seems.
