Every business and every individual should simply stop paying taxes until the mentally deficient asshats in DC start spending responsibly.

In lieu of that happening, it's good to see large corporations doing everything they can to limit the amount of money they are forced to pay to this criminally corrupt government.

If no laws were broken move on. Obama himself used loopholes to avoid taxes. Move on there is nothing to see here.

This.

Liberals love Apple. They ignore the vast abuses of cheap overseas labor, avoidance of federal and state taxes, brute force legal tactics, etc.

But when ExxonMobil uses tax incentives or Walmart makes just 3% profit, liberals have a fit.

I've been saying that for 30 years.

If just 1/2 stopped paying tax, it would bring the govt to its knees. There aren't enough prison for all of them, so what would the govt do? Maybe straighten up and fly right.

Well only 1/2 actually pays Fed income taxes where the money is kept.
The other half don't pay when the refunds are all done and paid out.

It would be cool if Levin, McCain would explain their personal financial planning strategy related to taxes. Wanna bet both have awesome lawyers and accountants managing their money? McCain's wife is very wealthy. Levin is not so wealthy, but I am willing to bet he takes advantage of every legal deduction possible in his tax returns.

True, that, but when I first started saying that, far less than 47% were welfare suckers.

I wonder how many CPA's obama has on retainer to minimize HIS tax payouts? After all, he IS a millionaire! You can bet he leaves no stone unturned when it comes to looking for legal loopholes and deductions!
IMO, Apple done good! If the law allows it, go ahead and do it!

What is funny is hearing people in Congress question why Apple uses loopholes in Tax Laws that Congress created.

Exactly, its equally amusing watching those who slammed Mitt Romney for using loopholes had no issue with Obama doing the same and now have no issue with Apple doing it.
