Default Sharyl Attkisson's New Book Lays Out Media and Political Corruption

Sharyl Attkisson is a widely respected journalist who has often gone after Republicans and corporate corruption, but she ran into the liberal political machine that seeks to protect their corporate sponsors and the political careers and policies of the leadership in Democratic Party:

Ex-CBS reporter’s book reveals how liberal media protects Obama | New York Post

Now that she’s no longer on the CBS payroll, this pit bull is off the leash and tearing flesh off the behinds of senior media and government officials. In her new memoir/exposé “Stonewalled: My Fight for Truth Against the Forces of Obstruction, Intimidation, and Harassment in Obama’s Washington” (Harper), Attkisson unloads on her colleagues in big-time TV news for their cowardice and cheerleading for the Obama administration while unmasking the corruption, misdirection and outright lying of today’s Washington political machine.

She is just confirming what we all either knew or suspected. Good for her for speaking out. She should keep writing books because she will never get another reporter job.

I follow her on twitter and she is excellent. A real bulldog.

Very fair, but tough. an actual journalist. something we don't see much of any more.

This is one book that I am going to buy, and I usually do not by the much hyped DC insider 'book of the month' w/ the 7 figure advance.

She was the lone MSM reporter to look into the Fast & Furious scandal, questions surrounding which have still not been adequately answered. When the press doesn't ask, the admin doesn't have to answer.

It's interesting that the one reporter to cover a story ends up on the outside of the MSM looking in.

Widely Respected……LMAO……So is Sean Hannity……..(amongst the wingnut set)

She wanted to keep her stories on Benghazi on the front page of every CBS broadcast, and CBS said "Thanks, but no thanks, you'd be better off at FOX"

She's got a target audience, and I'm sure her book will sell with them. Enjoy it.

If she sticks with the theme of writing about corruption she'll never run out of material.
