One other thing: These dipshoots who can't wait five seconds to pass on the road are some of the same idiots holding me up when I'm behind them in my car, the same numbnuts at the drive-thru window who can't make up their minds, the same idiots at the grocery store walking at the speed of a 75 year-old with their thumbs up their rectums and their shopping carts blocking the aisles.
Not sure I'm a "conservative". (I'm pro-Abortion, pro Gay Rights, believe in Evolution, believe that organized religion is generally evil, have no problem with people running around naked if they want to, and have a mostly Organic Vegan diet...), but here's what I think of(and what 'Conservatives', if they have any sense, think of) when I think about biking, today, in what's left of America:
I think in third world countries they are used as a viable form of transportation.
In our world, they're recreational.
By the way, bikes have to be licensed as well, I think people register them at the police department or something.
I have seen two bicycle accidents - bike rider meet automobile - and they're not pretty. When I'm commuting to work and bikes are darting around me, I don't like it very much, they're hazardous.

We don't use public transportation, don't walk, and don't ride bikes, because of things like that.
Yeah, that's why Americans aren't riding their bikes, because of fears of teenage idiots attacking them.
I noticed in that video, a point was made of indicating that they are Somali. Can you tell me how that's relevant to anything? As one of the few, it appears, who actually spends a lot of time on a bike, I can tell you that every abusive person I've ever encountered on a bike has been white, with most being dumb, white rednecks. If I put video on Youtube of some of these cretins, shall I make sure to label it, "Caucasian Cretins Abuse Cyclists?" I wonder how long it would take for the stick-in-the-*ss right-wing as*hole crowd to get faux outraged about that?
I see that you have read my post in the other thread about "natural rights" and the other fairy tales to which you geniuses subscribe. Even in this very thread, we have seen another of your fairy tales. Can you see it?
