What ever happened to loyalty to America and dissent in a mature and respectful manner?

I refrained from my Bush Bashing, but I have zero respect for Bush and this disgusting Republican government, they dont care about me so why should I care about them

why would someone hate Bill? The only person I can see hating Bill would be Hillary because apparently he cheated on her, but outside of that Bill was one of the best Presidents we ever had

I wonder if that little boy who appeared on the Tonight Show several years ago because he was so unusually well versed in politics and history still thinks George Bush is a great president who will be well remembered and thought highly of 20 years from now?

really? do you know what it's like to hear our "President" call those of us who have opposed the Iraq War traitors? Loyalty to America comes from dissent!

I don't oppose Bush but rather enjoy the cowboy diplomacy. His term limits expire in the next cycle, best of luck to the guy who gets to deal with whatever comes up then. At least France has finally surrendered.

Having said that, in response to the above linked post....

Congress... 535 reasons to support term limits, with NO benefits and NO grandfathering tenure. Agreed, the government is out of control, has no respect for the common citizen and has been that way for decades.

Seems strange we aren't seeing many pro-Bush responses. Perhaps it's because it's the weekend!

Maybe its because they are all comedians and you said no comedians This is always amusing to me because when people throw out that 20% figure or what ever # it may be, they insinuate that 80% are to the left of Bush, however many people such as myself do not have high marks for Bush often for the exact opposite reasons of the stereotypical Bush haters, I am very dissapointed in Bush for his leniancy , his willingness to go along , his desire to work with democrats at all cost, his spending, lack of vetos, going too soft with the war, way to diplomatic in our foreign relations ,etc,etc...... So yeah Iam disapointed in Bush but when you put him alongside of the yahoos running congress right now I support HIM, so in reality Bush is firmly in the middle ground, with the majority of Americans!
