Marks on Martin's hands were NOT consistent with beating another person.

I really believe some of zimmerman's "injuries" were self inflicted

And is that belief based on anything other than your hope that he is found guilty?

Actually, it was a dark, rainy night the murder took place.

I'm thinking that Zimmerman had one tough fight with a trash can or porch step while stalking Martin. And, as a result, got banged up a bit from them before he found Martin.

Makes more sense than anything else.

Well, it's just too bad that Trayvon wasn't armed with a gun that dark rainy night.

He could have caught the stalker by surprise with his gun, and then asked if there was anything he could do for him.

But . . he probably just didn't imagine the amount of danger that could be involved in walking to the store and back.

You just never know these days.

Nope, just based on has habit for lying and the fact that he was being beating to within an inch of his life but he did go to the hospital until instructed to do so and the grass stains displacement along with the type of wounds that he recieved.

As far as his conviction, I don't think that he should get death or life but whatever 2nd or 3rd degree gets him. I don't beleive that he is a complete racist, but I do believe that he tried to get over because of the racism of others.

Martin was found face down with his hands underneath his body. This seems at odds with Zimmerman's account that Martin was on top of him, he shot Martin, and then pushed him off. How would the hands be under the body?

He probably should not have started beating on the guy until he was sure he was unarmed. Might be alive today.

You are assuming that Martin laid the first hands. It seems more likely that Zimmerman, who was the pursuer, tried to detain him.
