I guess the paramedics can relax as soon as any victim of violence gets up and is no longer lying on the ground. Blood must instantly stop flowing when people stand up. I didn't know that. I will tell my Paramedic son that he can ignore any injured people on their feet.
Some victims of violence can't get up. They are dead. Shot thru the heart by a thug with a pistol.

Thats right. The potential victim was supposedly hit and had to chase the perpetrator 40-50 feet before he could shoot him. And after being shot dead thru the heart, the perpetrator was still talking and fighting.
It's ironic really. Because people who have no interest in current events or the news, may just be incredibly busy. But if they're not, and have no interest in the news and the world around them, it would suggest to me that they don't have inquiring minds and are not very bright. Just what you want on a jury: a bunch of not so bright, non-analytical people who watch a lot of "reality TV"..... No wonder they get verdicts like in the O.J. and Casey Anthony trials.
No matter what they do it is lose, lose. If they get somneone that is familiar with the case and can made rational choices based on the evidence they will say that they are bias, if they find someone who is clueless about the whole case, their intelligence may be questioned as their ability to comphrend the information that they are given. The reality is that they will find someone people that say that they don't know about the case but are lying and will carry their own prejuices into the courtroom.
Shouldn't George be embarrassed by letting an unarmed 17 year old get the better of him in combat? And he started it? He's so pathetic.
I awlays thought that in the first place, this is the reason that regardless of the outcome he is a marked man just because he got his butt handed to him so bad he had to shoot a kid.
If TM's Mother testifies that the screaming on the 911 call was TM, then the defense should be able to play(for the jury to hear) the video that was on TM's phone and show them her statement that she couldn't determine if it was Trayvon or not. If the audio from that video is a lot more clear than the 911 audio that would discredit her testimony. Them not knowing whether or not it was Trayvon is not material, and in fact it calls her testimony into question even more. Of course they could always require her to testify in court as to whether or not she recognizes the voice. And she could then lie one way or the other.
