Not at all. But TM isnt the one who shot someone. He isn't the one with demonstrated anger management issues that required police involvement. At least not on the order of GZ.
And what was that suspicion based upon the 911 tape, that Martin was "looking into houses." Are you going to argue that while walking down a street you've never looked at into houses where the curtains weren't drawn or the shades weren't down? If that is the case my wife is guilty of capital house stalking.

The question is did he act with a depraved mind regarding human life?

This is how the judge will instruct the jury ---
An act is "imminently dangerous to another and demonstrating a depraved mind" if it is an act or series of acts that---
1. a person of ordinary judgment would know is reasonably certain to kill or do serious bodily injury to another, and
2. is done from ill will, hatred, spite, or an evil intent, and
3. is of such a nature that the act itself indicates an indifference to human life.
Then the 911 tape will show that TM was acting suspicious. Who will refute that?
The question will go to Zimmerman's credibility......and it will not be assumed that just because Zimmerman made such a claim, that the claim was truth. Zimmerman is not known for his honesty, so I don't think it will be difficult for the State to demonstrate to a jury the inconsistencies in Zimmerman's many statements.

According to the 911 tape, he was "acting suspicious". To me that means more than just walking down the street. I am sure GZ will elaborate on that if he testifies. Has there been any witnesses that said he didn't look suspicious?
I don't think any other witnesses have come forward who claim to have seen TM at all before GZ called the cops.

One other point. GZ says he doesn't know where he is. If TM were hiding why did he come out of hiding, other than to confront GZ? Don't bother to respond, unless you have facts. Leave my question as something merely to think about.
