Do you feel that way about everyone who takes safety seriously or just the ones who upset you and point out how ignorant you really are?
LOL. Did I hit a nerve? Who the hell doesn't take safety seriously? Does someone really have to own a gun to take safety serious? Does that mean people who don't own guns aren't concerned about safety?
You must live in a very dangerous neighborhood if you are so full of fear that you and your family are in danger 24/7. If not, you are overzealous in your paranoia that you and your family are in danger 24/7.
You sound like a little boy who got his first toy gun and can't wait to go out and play cops and robbers.

I wonder if GZ had the same thoughts as you???
You apparently hit your own nerve, you're still going on and on about someone you don't know anything about. People can choose however they want to protect themselves. If you want to carry around a Bible or a gallon of mayo as your main mode of defense I fully support your choices. The problem comes in when uneducated people like yourself go one step further and you want to eliminate my right to protect my family however I choose to.
It has nothing to do with paranoia or living in a dangerous neighborhood so you can give up on those typical BS talking points as well.
There's a chance that TM was trampled and shot by a gang of killer unicorns that Zimmerman had been secretly raising for the US government and all of this is being done to cover up Obama's super secret unicorn drone program.
In reality George Zimmerman's account of what took place makes the most sense based on the evidence that has already been released. Unless someone huge comes out that we don't know right now Zimmerman is going to walk after this shooting is ruled justified.
Well if you are so deep into fantasy which clearly is part of your reality, would that "someone huge" go by the name of Gulliver?
I think he will be convicted of a lesser charge. My bet is 1st or 2nd degree manslaughter.
there is plenty of evidence Zimmerman was stalking Martin. Much of that will depend on what the limits are of a neighborhood watch as defined by the state, and whether or not Zimmerman, who claimed he was a member of a neighborhood watch, really was or not, or if an organization existed at all.
The stalking could be used to prove premeditated intent to cause bodily harm. That Martin got the best of him in the struggle, if intent is proven, would be no different than any person defending himself and then getting shot.
Stand Your Ground is a totally defensive law. If Martin had been legally armed and had shot Zimmerman, he could have pleaded innocent under that law.
It will all boil down to the evidence of who started what, and who let it escalate into a shooting. It will be the evidence, not public opinion, that will decide the trial as always, and the argument will certainly go on long afterward, no matter how it goes.
My manslaughter guess comes from the probability that Zimmerman had not targeted Martin specifically, or at some earlier period. Much will depend on how much evidence exists to show Zimmerman was a self-appointed vigilante who sought out trouble, or whether he was only an over-concerned citizen with a paranoid streak who only used the gun when he couldn't extricate himself from the fist fight.
Either way, Martin died. I doubt very seriously he will be found not guilty. The jury will hand down some punishment, I'm sure. He's going to the big house for at least 10 years.
If a million people were randomly selected... it would be 1,000,000 to 0 in favor of Zimmerman and everybody knows it.
I say, once he admitted to being THE AGGRESSOR, his goose was cooked. Let me remind you, people don't get charged [as he is] for self-defense. Just sayin'. :chuckles:

The only thing you do is make me shake my head that you can't see how pathetic you are, in more ways than one, but especially when it comes to you owning a gun. I know enough about you from your own posts and admissions. FFS you act as if you are the only one who owns a gun when there are over 50 million people in the US who owns one gun or more.
Where did I say I want to eliminate your right to protect your family?? You just can't shut up about your gun, your gun, your gun. Here's a first: I own a gun. Do I need to mention it in every friggin post the way you do? I'm only mentioning it to prove how damn wrong you are in your assumptions. You probably mention your friggin gun every time you have a conversation. People don't go around bragging that they own a gun!!!!
I think if it ever came down to it and you really had to use your gun you would probably end up shooting yourself in the foot because you sound like a bumbling fool.
Yeah, you the man with a gun. Ruh Ruh Now run along.
Now get back on topic.
