They also don't understand that in most states, there is nothing "criminal" about smoking in your own home. Each state differs, but in many/most, it is only a criminal act to sell or grow... possession has many gray areas, especially when you are in a private dwelling. Did you know that in some states, you can legally gift or be gifted up to a certain amount? So if they can't prove you purchased it, you can always say somebody gave it to you!

What about jury nullification? This is when a jury decided the person was guilty of breaking the law, but the law is so horrible, they feel there should be no penalty, so there isn't for that person, that time.

The laws against cannabis are clearly unconstitutional. They skipped all committees but last, & did not use Constitutional amendment to make it illegal, even though they used Constitutional amendments to make alcohol illegal & re-legalize it. Anti-"marijuana" laws based on lies created by racists. Is that OK? Even the term "marijuana" came from racist propagandists who hoped nobody would realize they were talking about cannabis, which had been recognized as medicine for centuries & in pharmacies until 1937.

Supreme Court says Constitution gives Feds right to regulate interstate commerce, so they can ban MJ. But when I look in dictionary under regulate, it does *not* say to prohibit. Shouldn't Supremes be required to learn & use dictionary? We have a govt that says if Docs & Big Pharma can't help you, you must stay in unbearable pain &/or die prematurely. So do you say OK, & if so, why?

Cannabis use does not harm others or even the person using it. Also, it has 126 medical conditions it can help often better than pills rxmarijuana dot com patients' testimony compiled by Lester Grinspoon, MD retired from Harvard. Granny Storm Crow's list has maybe over 1,000 studies & verifiable stories, arranged alphabetically by conditions helped. Some good info on Wikipedia, too.

Our govt-corp alliances mass murder for profit, but it's not illegal when they do it/ Shall we all praise the Hitler clones running this country?

Cannabis oil was in pharmacies until 1937, when cancer was rare. Now we have 60% getting cancer & half of them dying from it. Since 2008, people have had their cancer or other fatal illnesses cured with cannabis oil. Should we have no right to choose more effective treatments for best chances at good health & long lives? What does the Constitution say about that? Do we need to elect a 3rd party candidate to improve our health & lifespan & get all our Constitutional rights back? Best wishes.

Hemp (seed) oil can power cars & is renewable forever. Little if any pollution would be involved. Hemp can make clothing that lasts much longer than cotton. Making cotton also involves much pollution. Hemp can make better quality paper in 6 months, no need to have huge acreage & wait 20 years to cut a tree down.
How about bio-degradeable plastic? You don't have to care about these things if you have bigger problems.

If you got cancer, would you want a mostly fake treatment or a real one? cancertutor.com has 400 cures and treatments, govt & Docs tell you cutting, burning & poisoning are only treatments. If you had cancer & using cannabis oil would likely cure it within a few months, would you break the law to stay alive? (It's a very painless treatment that won't cause any damage).

Must we sacrifice our health & lives if Docs & Big Pharma can't help us because our govt-corp alliance thinks most deaths are good, as long as they cause them & get rich doing it? They say "marijuana" users are criminals while US govt sells illegal drugs, sells weapons to enemy nations, pols helps the corporations that bought them to harm or kill us. Lovely isn't it?

So do you think people who saved their lives using cannabis oil should be executed or given life in prison, at great expense to the taxpayers?

Police officers and others who don't know what they are talking about say that because some cannabis today is at least 20% THC, the solution is to take a pill that is 100% THC. If it stays down, there is even more of a chance for panic attacks without the calming effect of CBD (cannabidiol).

If George Washington & Thomas Jefferson were alive today, instead of being presidents they would be doing 10 years to life for their crops!
