I think he'll resign.....which in Washington terms means that he will be forced out.

Even if Holder did nothing wrong that's a possibility if the political heat gets too intense.

It's a time-honored washington tradition for somebody in the administration to bite the bullet to assauge public anger (whether manufactured or deserved).

If Eric Holder obtained a search warrant for Rosen, and tries to back peddle by saying he never had intentions of prosecuting Rosen; this would be like getting a search warrant to strip search and do cavity searches on the Hawaiian Tropic swimsuit models, and telling us, you were never going to prosecute them, you just wanted to strip the women and do cavity searches on them.
