I don't see it. the only example I can think of one marrying for political gain on the republican side of things would be bob and elizabeth dole. it happens quite frequently on the left. two people getting married to form a partnership of sorts. we saw it with the clintons, and we will see it with the obama's. however, clinton was a pretty popular president, and obama is terrible and growing more unpopular by the day.

No, do not agree. Ann is as out of touch as her husband.

Well, yes. Then again, a comparison beginning with "of the two Romneys" sets the bar pretty damn low.

She's still all butthurt over last November, that's all. The election was a great affront to her sense of entitlement.
And the Obamas have no sense of entitlement? LOL

Here she is on a morning show yesterday. I wonder if she is positioning herself for a run for office? It was obvious that she was frustrated and angry after Mitt got his ass handed to him. Pretty clearly, Princess Ann had already made plans to build stables for her show horses on the elipse. She was all set to give the WH a makeover by Hermes

Then, Mitt laid such an egg in Nov. Is Ann on a mission to redeem the family honor?

Ann Romney slams ?breach of trust? between Americans, government - Kevin Robillard - POLITICO.com

I think it is ironic that a woman whose family is inextricably connected to a vast, secretive, patriarchal, multi-national quasi- government HQ'd in the US (LDS) has the nerve to lament us Americans "loss of trust" in our institutions. Yeah, the Mormons are FAMOUS for their trust in the US government and its institutions

Who knew Mitt was such a BIG FAN of the IRS??? He must really feel betrayed by the recent scandal!

I gotta feeling we are going to be seeing a LOT more of Ann Romney...
I would never use dynamic and energetic to describe Ann Romney.

Went right over your head, I see.
Ann said she knows what it's like to be poor. She and Mittens had to sell off some of their stock options while they were in college.
Totally and completely out of touch.
It's like saying "I know what it's like to be poor. I had to let one of the upstairs maids go."

Democrat's, if they had any sense at all, should have a huge case of buyers remorse right about now. I just wish we had the graceful, beautiful, lovely Ann Romney in the White House instead of that other ugly hag.
