Ok..lets say for the sake of argument that homosexuality is a choice. Lots of evidence and history says NO, but lets say it is. So what else is a choice? Is Christianity a choice? Should we be looking for a Christian gene?
There is absolutely NO scientific evidence or scientific history that says people are born homosexual.
Absolutely, Christianity IS a choice. There is no Christian gene. GOD gave people free will. HE said these are MY laws, and this is what you can expect if you follow them.
But it is disingenuous to solely pick Christianity when NO mainstream religion embraces being lesbian or homosexual as moral. So quit cherry picking Christianity to label and bash THEM as intolerant when ALL mainstream religion views lesbian and homosexual BEHAVIOR as immoral.

You made a claim there is zero evidence to show it is biological.
I've proven you wrong by providing some of that evidence you say doesn't exist.
You also made a claim "There is much evidence that being lesbian or homosexual is more related to your societal upbringing" and is a choice. In fact, according to professional health organizations, eg the American Academy of Pediatricians,"there is no scientific evidence that abnormal parenting, sexual abuse, or other adverse life events influence sexual orientation."
So how about backing up your claim or stop making that baseless lie?

I think you need to refer to the post I was responding to.
I take that back.... we are all born Agnostic, not Atheist.
As interdependent as we are, humanity cannot survive without morality. You can claim one is born lesbian or homosexual all you want. The members of NAMBLA can and do claim they were born with those desires. People who want to have sex with animals can and do claim they were born with those desires. People who want to live in polygamist relationships can and do claim they were born with those desires. People who are serial killers can and do claim they were born with those desires.
Go ahead and say anything to justify why you should be able to do something immoral, then bash anyone who disagrees. People who think as humans we are each capable of making a choice and therefore should be held accountable for our actions that are immoral.
Convince yourself that GOD doesn't care. That is between you and GOD. On my end however, you can count on me never voting to condone immoral behavior or embrace it as normal.
