It's been low for a while now.

And the poll doesn't simply ask if you are happy or not. It asks several questions, many of which are out of Obama's or any politician's control, and creates a happiness index from there.

Polls are BS...pollsters are highly skilled, usually biased, linguists that know exactly how to extract the answer they want.
